For me it was swapping the way I thought about going to bed earlier from hammering myself for not being better at it to becoming aware that this was a way that I cared for myself. I also cultivated a morning routine that I really enjoy and want to get up for. I have become aware of the difference adequate sleep makes in my life and that really helps.
Love this concept of exchanging bad habits/thought patterns rather than just trying to remove it.
